Shevell, 51, would be the former Beatle's third wife.<p>The couple are reported to be planning a Sunday afternoon reception at McCartney's house nearby in the St. John's Wood neighborhood.<p>The 69-year-old McCartney married his first wife Linda at the same venue in 1969. She died of cancer in 1998.
