Joint Budget Committee en Hickenlooper Presents 2012 Budget Proposal <p>Lawmakers peppered Governor John Hickenlooper with economic development questions on Thursday when he presented his budget for next year. The legislature&rsquo;s bi-partisan joint budget committee is charged with crafting a budget. Similar to recent years, the budget will require significant cuts to government programs.
