Bacon-Wrapped Matzo Balls Recipe

  • 18 eggs
  • 5 cups matzo meal
  • 3/4 cup of sparkling water
  • 3/4 cup of lard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 5 tablespoons of salt
  • A handfull of dill

Blend eggs, dill, water, melted lard, baking powder, and salt for 5 seconds, then mix in bowl with Matzo Meal. Allow to sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes then roll small balls and add to boiling water. Then wrap in half-slice of applewood-smoked bacon. Roast in oven at 400 degrees until crispy.
