Dr. Jack Kevorkian In Hospital

"Assisted suicide crusader Jack Kevorkian was readmitted to the hospital last night because of a recurring kidney condition and pneumonia," his lawyer tells the Detroit Free Press.

Known as "Dr. Death," Kevorkian turns 83 next week. As The Associated Press reminds us, Kevorkian "was released from a Michigan prison in 2007 after serving eight years for second-degree murder. He claims to have assisted in at least 130 suicides."
