Healthcare Exchange Bill Clears in State House

A controversial healthcare exchange bill is nearing the end of its legislative journey at the state house. It cleared its final committee on Tuesday with both Republican and Democratic support and then was quickly sent to the house floor for a brief debate.

Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
