'I'm Not Upset' Says Guy Who Didn't Kick In For $319M Lottery Ticket

ABC News caught up with Mike (he didn't want to give his last name), who opted not to join his co-workers in Albany, N.Y., when they collected money to buy a Mega Millions lottery ticket.

As we've reported, the group ended up winning the $319 million jackpot. Mike and four others who often kicked in — but didn't this time — were out of luck.

But "I'm not upset," he tells ABC.

There's still time, by the way, to get in our our question about whether the winners should share any of the prize with the others.
