Immigrant Tuition Bill Delayed by Lawmakers

Sponsors of a bill that would give illegal immigrants who graduate from Colorado high schools in state college tuition are delaying the measure as they try to drum up support. The controversial bill is expected to pass the Democratic controlled senate, but getting it through the Republican controlled house will be a tougher challenge.
