Great music. theatre, ballet and more (that is not to be missed), along Colorado's Front Range this weekend.

Tonight, the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a very special concert—A Talk with Bach.  The concert will feature a thirteen piece orchestra under the baton of Maestro Glen Cortese as the sample some of Bach's best music. They will join actor Noel Johnston as he brings the great composer to the stage to talk about the stories behind the music. 7:30 p.m. next Friday 3/30) at Greeley’s Trinity Episcopal Church. 

Ft. Collins based The Holler! And Boston-based Lake Street Dive have an 8:00 show at Mishawaka’s SpokesBUZZ Lounge tonight (3/30)  

Tonight delight to a great night of music with Claire Lynch Band with w/ Finnders & Youngberg at 8pm  at Denver's  Swallow Hill. 

Colorado Ballet will present Tribute, a mixed-bill production of three world premieres by three female choreographers March 29 -April 1 at the Newman Center at the University of Denver till Sunday in 7:30 performances and a Sunday matinee. 

The National Repertory Orchestra is holding a special performance by Opera Colorado Young Artists: Highways and Byways Tour featuring 5 talented young singers, and including highlights from all three of Opera Colorado’s main-stage operas, tomorrow night (3/30) 7:00 pm at Colorado Mountain College – Breckenridge, Finkel Auditorium.  970-453-5825  

OpenStage Theatre’s the Ladies’ Man, A frothy, fast-paced farce in the classic French style, The Ladies Man is a side-splitting evening of entertainment with all the intricate inner workings of an elaborate mousetrap opens tomorrow night (3/31)  and runs till  April 8th in 8:00 Friday and Saturday performances and 2:00 Sunday Matinees.  

Art and Soul-- The 25th Annual Women’s History Month Art Show features the work of 60 women, premieres emerging artists and featuring many renowned artists in varied media at Estes Park’s cultural Arts Council fine Art Gallery through Sunday. 970-586-9203

The Longmont Theatre is closing their production of The Man Who Came to Dinner tomorrow night.  This ebullient farce tells the tale of noted acerbic wit, cultural critic, and egotistical radio personality Sheridan Whiteside. You won't want to miss one of the greatest screwball American stage comedies of the giddy, comedy-hungry 1930s. in 7:30 evening performances tonight and tomorrow night.

Bela Fleck and the Flecktones have a 7pm show next Saturday (4/7) at the Boulder Theater . 

Next Friday night (4/6), UNC Opera presents A Little Night Music at the Monfort Concert Hall at Greeley’s Union Colony Civic Center at 7:30pm.

Next Friday (4/6) The Lumineers have an 8:00 show at Mishawaka’s SpokesBuzz Lounge. The band pledges to play music that "makes you smile, cry and stomp your foot simultaneously."

There is to be a special benefit concert to cover the veterinary bills of six emaciated horses seized in February in the Bailey area by Park County authorities. 6 p.m. next Saturday (4/7), at the Ice House in Evergreen Local musicians, coffee and a silent auction. 

Opera Fort Collins presents Afternoon Tea with a Diva on Sunday April 29th .  thea full British Afternoon Tea will be served prior to the performance, Lee Hoiby’s whimsical mini-opera, Bon Appetit, a transcription of Julia Child’s The French Chef set to music.   Not only will the afternoon be entertaining, but it is also a fundraiser for Opera Fort Collins.  Don’t miss this delicious event – Sunday April 29th at the Fort Collins country club.  The festivities start at 2pm.
