KUNC Entertainment Report

Tonight it is the 25th Annual Tuna Fish & Peanut Butter concert at Loveland’s Hammond Amphitheatre, featuring Liz Barnez and Rebecca Folsom.  As always, the concert is a benefit for the Weld Food Bank and the Food Bank of Larimer County. Merry Makers and Decorators again will be there to share their amazing face painting and balloon creations with all.

Join the Greeley Block Party today at 16th and 8th Avenue for music and fun- bands include  Dinero HWY 287, Turn 4 Patty Fiasco and capping the day off with the great honky tonk of Halden Wofford and the Hi-beams!

Celebrate the season at the 2011 Old-Fashioned Corn Festival, an exciting mix of entertainment, shopping, fun festival food, beer garden and several corn-related activities including the corn shucking, corn eating and corn recipe contests, and the Corn Roast parade. David Wilcox has an 8:00 show tonight at Boulder’s Chautauqua Auditorium with Danielle Ate The Sandwich opening.

Join Trinity Demask and four other great singer/songwriters tomorrow night for a performance in a round-robin style “unplugged” acoustic format at the Stage Door Theatre in Aspen Park at 7pm . The five will share their stories as well as their style and the motivation behind the creation of their original music. A great night of fun at the Community Potluck Supper and Country Swing Barn Dance at the Hayden Granary tomorrow night from 6:30-11pm. All ages are welcome and those new to dancing can receive tips and techniques. A fun evening of drinks, delicious food and an intimate live performance by award-winning guitarist Lynn Patrick and percussionist Christian Teele to benefit the Harrison Memorial Angel Fund, a financial assistance fund for veterinary care of homeless animals and pets of economically-challenged individuals and families.

The event will be held in a beautiful garden terrace at a private residence in north Denver. Drinks, food and admission for the performance are all included. A silent auction and a raffle for an Apple TV will also be a part of the evening.
