Great music, theatre, galas, and celebrations of Valentines Day along the Front Range this weekend and beyond.

The College of Performing and Visual Arts at UNC Celebrates community with their 30th Annual Arts Gala at Greeley’s Union Colony Civic Center tomorrow night (2/11) The celebration will build on past successes and expand offerings to take the audiences beyond their expectations. The evening starts with an art reception in the Tointon Gallery and UCCC lobby at 6pm with the main performance starting at 8 in the Monfort Concert Hall.  

Join the Friends of the Loveland Library at their 10th Annual SweetNight celebration supporting Loveland library's Summer Reading Program. Enjoy dance music and performances, a silent auction, and select wines with hors d'oeuvres. Couples of all ages welcome! Starting at 7 tonight

Tom Rush has an 8:00 show at Denver’s L2 Arts and Culture Center tonight (2/10) with John Statz.

Loveland Opera Theatre’s presentation of Gilbert and Sullivan’s H.M.S. Pinafore You are invited to a most entertaining performance in  this fun-filled fully staged operetta with performances at the Rialto Theatre opening tonight, and running this weekend and next (2/10-12, 2/17-19) in 7:30 performances and 2:30 Sunday matinees.

During WWI, a gin-swilling riverboat owner in Africa is persuaded by a straight-laced missionary to use his boat to attack an enemy warship. This “perfect for Valentine’s Day” love story starts at 9.

 Boulder's oldest classical ensemble theatre company, The Upstart Crow presents Harvey by Mary Chase. Exploring the nature of reality, as the mild-mannered Elwood P. Dowd negotiates society with an invisible 6-foot rabbit. Plays at the Dairy Center for the Arts February 17th-March 3rd.

The Big Band Boogie Ball features a night of Swing Dancing Featuring Greeley Central Jazz Ensemble, Kream of the Krop Big Swing Band and Greeley Central Waltz Orchestra and more next Friday night (2/17) at the UNC Center Ballroom  starting at 7:30-  Silent Auction 6-10pm.
