Lawmakers Defeat Fracking Bills

A pair of Democratic bills aimed at reducing the impacts from hydraulic fracturing failed in a house local government committee on Monday. Each faced stiff opposition from members in both parties.

KUNC’s State Capitol reporter Bente Birkeland has more.
