Fed up with rising tuition at the University of Colorado, sophomore Nic Ramos decided to make a point. It took two days -- and several banks -- but he managed to withdraw his entire spring tuition of $14,309.51. In small bills plus a half dollar and a penny. On Friday, he handed the money to "stunned" tellers at the bursar's office. It took three people an hour to count it.
