N.Y. Mayor Marks Attacks

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg makes remarks to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. His remarks are followed by a moment of silence, following which President Obama makes his remarks at Ground Zero. Bloomberg then reads the names of those who perished in the attacks.
