President Obama plans to control the deficit by cutting some spending on medicare and raising taxes on the rich. He holds a town hall meeting at Facebook headquarters in Palo Alto, Calif, Wednesday. On Tuesday, he was in Annandale, Va., where he answered questions from voters.
