What Happens When The Gadhafi Regime Falls?

As the Gadhafi regime continues to crumble, with rebel forces gaining control of the Tripoli, Libya appears to be on the brink of a transition — from autocratic to democratic rule. But how that transition will occur is not yet clear. Robert Siegel speaks with Martin Indyk, director of the Foreign Policy Program at the Brookings Institution, about what happens when the regime falls — and what the Libyan National Transitional Council needs to do to help fill the power void.
