The ten-year-old Denver Daily News is stopping publication. The rising cost of print and declining ad sales were cited as two main reasons behind the move.

So far this year, exports of Colorado agricultural goods are up by more than 30% compared to the same period last year.  That’s according to new statistics by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. 

Flooding continues to be a concern even as temperatures that have been in the upper 80s and 90s return to more seasonal highs.

A small group of firefighters from Summit County is headed to Arizona to help fight several wildfires raging in that state.

As crews continue to battle large wildfires in Arizona, heavy smoke is blanketing much of the Rocky Mountain region prompting health officials to issue numerous warnings.

Smoke Health Advisories are effect in much of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico.  Local and state health department officials are warning people with respiratory problems to stay indoors.
