Amendment 64: Do Polls Really Predict Success?

A new Denver Post poll is showing that 51 percent of likely voters support Amendment 64 compared to 40 percent opposed. The Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act would legalize small amounts of marijuana for people over 21. But polling on this and other so- called “hard issues” isn’t as reliable as you might think compared to polls on topics like abortion.

Marijuana Legalization Advocates Sue Over Blue Book Changes

The campaign to legalize marijuana is suing to prevent the state from printing the blue book as it’s currently written. The blue book is written as an impartial guide for voters, but last week lawmakers stripped some of the key arguments in favor of legalizing marijuana.

Medical Marijuana Group Seeks to Repeal Fort Collins Dispensary Ban

Infinite Wellnes and 19 other dispensaries closed in Fort Collins on Feb. 14 due to a voter-approved ban.

An alliance of former dispensary owners, employees and medical marijuana patients will start gathering signatures tomorrow in an attempt to repeal a ban passed by Fort Collins voters in November.
