It’s now legal to smoke marijuana recreationally in Colorado. Voters passed amendment 64 making Colorado the first state in the country, along with Washington State, to legalize pot.
With such a tight race – third party candidates could impact the presidential race in many swing states including Colorado.
On Tuesday, Colorado will be voting on Amendment 64, a constitutional amendment to legalize marijuana for recreation use.
