Foreclosures in Colorado have fallen to their lowest levels in more than two years.  But not all regions are seeing improvement.

New foreclosure filings in the state have been declining, and fell to a 30-month low in Colorado’s metropolitan counties during February.  But foreclosures are just one part of the overall housing picture. 

Foreclosure listing service Realtytrac says fewer homes entered the foreclosure process in January than any other month in more than three years.  And a new report from the state Division of Housing shows new foreclosure filings in Colorado appear to be following the same downward trend.
