Linda talks with Kenneth Gross, an election law expert and former head of enforcement at the Federal Election Commission, and with Jeffrey Rosen, Associate Professor of Law at George Washington University in Washington, about the possible election scenarios in light of yesterday's ruling by the Florida Supreme Court that hand recounts should be included in the state's final vote tally. The Bush campaign is appealing the Florida Supreme Court's ruling to the United States Supreme Court.
