Corn Maze Baffles Family Of Four
STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.
We are deep into the season for corn mazes. You plunge into the paths cut through a corn field, like the one in Danvers, Massachusetts. Bob Connors tells the Boston Globe he designed a seven-acre maze, so people would get lost. And apparently it worked, because a family of four became disoriented. In a final act of desperation, they called 9-1-1 from inside the maze. A police officer found them about 25 feet from the street. It's MORNING EDITION. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
