It’s been a pretty unusual term for the Supreme Court. Like many others, the justices were forced to work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

And although the court has released a couple major opinions — there are several major opinions for which we’re still waiting.

Those cases include decisions about the president’s taxes, contraception and the Affordable Care Act and robocalls.
