New Belgium Brewing’s cycling circus, Tour de Fat, is in Fort Collins today, September 1 at Civic Center Park. Tour de Fat rookies and veterans are encouraged to hop on a bike and help raise money for Overland Mountain Bike Club, Bike Fort Collins and Fort Collins Bike Co-op. The Bike Parade begins at 10 this morning from Civic Center Park. All participants must registereither in person or on line. Registration begins at 9 in Fort Collins.
