The official end of summer is upon us – the Autumnal Equinox is Saturday morning (September 22 8:49 a.m. MDT). The days are growing shorter, and the nights cooler, but in these last hours of summer, here's a look at a summer tradition that is ending.
Global demand for food and fuel is rising, and competition for resources has widespread ramifications. We all eat, so we all have a stake in how our food is produced.
