Jackie Hai
/
KUNC

Today on Colorado Edition: we bring you the latest on the spread of COVID-19 in our state. Plus, what economic relief measures are available to Coloradans, how healthcare workers on the front lines in a mountain community are faring, and tips on social isolation from someone who’s had a lot of practice.

Economic Relief Measures In Colorado

As the month quickly comes to a close, we bring you some practical advice about paying your bills at a time when many Coloradans are facing economic hardships.

Some housing, utility and financial service providers — local and national — are adjusting their payment options due to the economic impacts of the coronavirus, and the high numbers of Americans filing for unemployment.

KUNC’s Matt Bloom joined us with details.

Tips For Living In Social Isolation

We get some advice from someone who’s a bit of an expert at isolation: He's been doing it for 50 years. KUNC’s Rae Ellen Bichellreports.

Colorado Edition is made possible with support from our KUNC members. Thank you!

Our theme music was composed by Colorado musicians Briana Harris and Johnny Burroughs. Other music in the show by Blue Dot Sessions:
