The park has been closed since March 21, after the town of Estes Park saw its first confirmed case of COVID-19, and the mayor requested the park close to visitors. KUNC’s Matt Bloom joined us to break down the news.

You may have heard about the murder hornet by now. But according to a local entomologist, that hornet may not be as much of a threat as the front pages were making it out to be. KUNC’s Stacy Nick brings us that story. You can go deeper with Stacy’s story here.
