Following his appearance in court on July 24th, James Holmes was back in court on Monday to be formally charged in the Aurora Theater Shootings. The hearing resulted in 24 murder counts and 116 attempted murder counts. As the Two-Way noted yesterday:
-- For those who were killed, he's charged with intentionally causing their deaths and with "extreme indifference to the value of human life generally" in causing their deaths. -- For those who were injured, he's charged with attempted murder and with "extreme indifference to the value of human life generally" in committing that crime against them.
