Court documents filed today by the defense team of the alleged Colorado shooter reveal for the first time that James Holmes was seeing a psychiatrist.

On Monday, prosecutors will file formal charges against 24 year old James Holmes, the lone suspect in the mass shootings at the Aurora movie theater that killed twelve people and injured 58 others, some critically.

As the country begins to come to grips with last week’s deadly shooting in an Aurora movie theater, questions are starting to emerge about possible security changes at your local cineplex.

The families of the Aurora, Colo. shooting victims continued to pick up the pieces today.

The Denver ABC affiliate reports that the family of Micayla Medek, 23, who was killed in the theater, held a funeral service today.

A "suspicious package" that the University of Colorado's medical school in Aurora says was delivered to the school on Monday was "a notebook sent through the mail by suspected killer James Eagan Holmes before [last] Friday morning's massacre," The Denver Post reports.

There's an account in today's Denver Post of the huge problems first responders faced early Friday when they got to the scene of the shooting rampage at an Aurora, Colo., movie theater where 12 people were killed and 58 others wounded.

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) Board voted unanimously Tuesday night to complete the I-225 FasTracks corridor between Parker Road and I-70. Residents along the proposed Northwest Rail Line to Longmont aren't happy.
