After on-again and off-again proclamations, the director of the Fort Collins Loveland Airport says repairs to its runway are complete.

Three years behind schedule and several billion dollars over budget, Boeing's 787 Dreamliner is finally set for its first commercial flight. The Federal Aviation Administration gave the plane its OK and Boeing will make its first delivery in September.

After cancelling runway repair plans last week, the director for the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport says construction will go forward as originally planned. Airport Director Jason Licon says the project’s contractor had cancelled last week when Congress was at a stalemate over Federal Aviation Administration funding.
