Budget Battle Brewing On Capitol Hill

The beginning of the budget battle is at the top of NPR's business news.

INSKEEP: President Obama presented his annual budget proposal to Congress today. The debate has already been raging but today is the formal kick-off.

The president unveiled his budget plan at a school in Baltimore to underscore his desire for more investment in some areas like education.
