Girl Scouts Break The Law In Savannah, Ga.

A house in Savannah, Ga., was once the home of Juliette Gordon Low, who founded the Girl Scouts. Someone complained that scouts were selling cookies in front of the house. The girls were violating a rule against peddling on a public sidewalk. Sympathetic city officials investigated but found no solution.
