Recording Industry Wants More Done To Fight Piracy

MONTAGNE: Here in California, a lawmaker has proposed a bill to allow warrantless searches of companies that make CDs and DVDs. According to the L.A. Times, the move makes constitutional scholars nervous. The recording industry is pushing the legislation as part of its battle against piracy.
