STEVE INSKEEP, host:

Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.

7-Eleven is known for selling donuts and boneless chicken wings. It is not known for its selection of medical supplies. But Lisa Cravener had no time to be picky. She began delivering a baby before her husband could get her to the hospital. So they pulled over in a 7-Eleven parking lot. A baby boy arrived minutes later weighing seven pounds, twelve ounces. Too bad it wasn't seven, 11. He's totally fine, though people are now calling him Big Gulp.
