Balloon Dresses Are Time Sensitive

RENEE MONTAGNE, host:

Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne with something Lady Gaga might be interested in - dresses made from tiny balloons. A Japanese balloon artist has twisted them into transparent mini-dresses. An English artist wove 5,000 into a dress inspired by Kate Middleton's wedding gown. The latex creations can only be worn once. After 24 hours the balloons start to deflate. They're made by hand, of course. No needles allowed. And wearers probably shouldn't sit down.
