Former FCC Commissioner: Net Neutrality Is Unconstitutional

The Federal Communications Commission is voting Thursday on a proposal that would start to roll back former President Obama’s rules on net neutrality.

Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson speaks with Harold Furchtgott-Roth of the Hudson Institute, who says the Obama administration’s net neutrality rules are unconstitutional and prevent companies from blocking content they don’t like.
