A source close to the decision-making process told NPR that Trump made his final decision Monday afternoon. Trump's pick comes from a list of already-vetted candidates which he narrowed to four likely candidates: Judges Thomas Hardiman, Brett Kavanaugh, Raymond Kethledge and Amy Coney Barrett.
