Vice President Biden introduced the President who delivered remarks outlining proposals for handling gun violence.
President Obama's proposals included calls on Congress to enact universal background checks, a renewed assault weapons ban, a 10-round limit for magazines, 23 executive orders, and a nomination to head the ATF.
