What the Drought Means for Future Water Storage

Each year Colorado lawmakers pass a bill to fund water projects, but last session the measure almost failed after it became a casualty of a Republican filibuster on civil unions. The Governor and lawmakers ultimately passed the measure during a special session.

KUNC’s state capitol reporter Bente Birkeland has more on the bill and the future of water storage in the state.
