Dead Heat In Wis. Supreme Court Race

They cast ballots for a judge on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, a body that is likely to rule on the legality of the new law. The incumbent judge is David Prosser. He was initially seen as likely to win reelection easily, but after opponents linked him to Governor Walker, he faced a tough fight from his challenger, Joanne Kloppenburg. Outside groups have spent money on this race, and yesterday's voting was extremely close. The incumbent Prosser leads by a few hundred votes but is telling voters to expect a recount.
