Capitol Conversation: TABOR Goes to Court

A federal judge is weighing whether a lawsuit against the Tax Payers Bill of Rights should move forward. But Colorado is defending TABOR and filed a motion asking the judge to dismiss the lawsuit.

KUNC’s Bente Birkeland spoke with fellow state house reporters about the issue.
