SAGAL: I'm actually...
M: I mean, I don't know.
SAGAL: You're close.
M: I have no idea, but I like it.
SAGAL: You're close. You're so close I'm going to give it to you. What he did was, he put her on the terrorist watch list.

SAGAL: And I know three-quarters of you are appalled, and the other quarter is going: Hmm, how does that work?
(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)
SAGAL: What happened was, his wife was visiting her family in Pakistan. And he's like wow, I'm enjoying this time alone. I'm really getting to know myself.
(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)
SAGAL: I'd like to keep it going. So he put her name on the list of people who are not allowed to enter Britain, where they live. So don't worry though, she was able to sort it all out and come home - three years later.
(SOUNDBITE OF LAUGHTER)
M: And how is the happy couple doing now?
SAGAL: Well, the move was not good for their relationship. It may be good for all of ours because it really sets a new standard. It's like, sure he forgot Valentine's Day, but at least he didn't put me on the terrorist watch list and trap me in Pakistan.
