North Dakota became a state in 1889. Now, 122 years later, someone's found a flaw with the state's constitution. North Dakota historian John Rolcynski noticed it doesn't say the governor has to take an oath of office, as required by Article VI of the U.S. Constitution. A proposed amendment goes up for a vote next year. Meanwhile, Rolcynski's found another error he wants to fix to do with the state's eastern border.
