Spinal Research

It used to be the rule that once the spinal cord was injured, there was no real remedy. Now, with stem cell research and therapies involving treadmills, some spinal cord injury patients are experiencing new hope. NPR's Michelle Trudeau has an update on this neurological research being presented at the annual Society for Neuroscience meeting in New Orleans.
