US Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack is touring Colorado discussing ways to boost agriculture exports and help the state’s struggling rural communities.  KUNC's Kirk Siegler reports that the secretary's latest visit follows  a series of reports warning of a dire water crisis in the coming years, as Front Range suburbs buy up more lucrative water rights from farmers.
