Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep, with culinary suggestions from Maine.
The lobster industry is promoting new food. The catch is at a all-time high, so the industry wants to reach a wider market. Now, if you don't want to spend time cracking the shell you could now try lobster pot-pie or lobster pizza. And then there's frozen lobster macaroni and cheese. The head of the Lobster Council says it's kind of exotic but familiar at the same time. No work if lobster yoghurt is next.
