The long road to recovery in Turkey and Syria

More than a week after twin earthquakes and several aftershocks in Turkey and Syria, hopes are starting to dim in the search for survivors.

The death toll has reached at least 35,000.

Now work is turning towards the long road of recovery and rebuilding.

And while more than two dozen countries have pledged help and resources, the aid coming in from the private sector has been swift and impactful.
