Andrea Kramar
Andrea Kramar is a senior producer at Rocky Mountain PBS with 10 years of experience producing short and long form documentaries and writing features. Her work has appeared on USA TODAY, CNBC, ABC News, The Tennessean, Austin American-Statesman, The Indianapolis Star, El Paso Times, Asbury Park Press, and in various film festivals. She recently received a Peabody award for her work on the USA TODAY documentary: “The Post Roe Baby Boom: Inside Mississippi’s Maternal Health Crisis.”
Her reporting has taken her all over the country — from Texas to cover the abortion fight, to the Rocky Mountains to cover the lonely lives of sheepherders — to El Paso, Texas to cover the Venezuelan migration crisis.
She received her master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an LOL degree from various improv and comedy clubs. She is one of the many Californians who recently moved to Colorado (so don’t hate on her for that!) and is proud to call Denver her new home.
