Welcome to Benjamin McPhail, who joins the team as our new Music Director. You'll also soon hear Benjamin on the air during KUNC Music as part of the team of on-air hosts along with Wendy Wham.
I’m Benji McPhail, the new music director at KUNC. I grew up in Boulder and have been in radio for almost 23 years. I love music. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to be in radio. After seeing the Rolling Stones play at Folsom Field I was never the same. Since then I have been lucky enough to work at many great stations. I couldn’t be happier that the road has finally lead me to KUNC. Enjoy the music and thanks for listening.
Benjamin joins us as we say good-bye to another KUNC staff member. Peter Johnson has relocated back east with his wonderful wife.
