Reports: Apple's Steve Jobs Will Be Among Tech Execs Meeting With Obama

Since it was announced last month that he was taking another medical leave of absence, tech types and investors alike have been anxiously watching for more news about how Apple CEO Steve Jobs is doing.

Today there's this report, which could mean we'll be getting some clues on Jobs' condition later today: "President Barack Obama is heading to friendly territory to push his plan to spend billions more on education, meeting with Apple's ailing leader Steve Jobs and the chiefs of Facebook and Google in the San Francisco Bay area." (The Associated Press)

Bloomberg News also says it's been told Jobs will be there, by a "person familiar with the meeting [who] spoke on condition of anonymity because the details haven't been made public."
