Benjamin McPhail

Music Director

As a kid, I once won a debate from knowledge I gained from one of the Clash’s songs. In the 5th Grade I impressed my teacher by knowing what “exile” meant because I looked up the word after hearing the Rolling Stones, “Exile on Mainstreet”. Music has the ability to teach, inspire and communicate. I look forward to sharing my passion with you through KUNC’s music. When not at the radio station I enjoy cycling, yoga, independent films, cooking and my golden retriever Lloyd.
